We are looking for candidates to join our Human Capital team for the Associate Director – Human Capital (Infrastructure and Systems) role.
Desired candidate profile:
- We are looking for candidates with 12 - 20 years of experience
- Candidates should have valuable product/project management skills and overall experience building custom Infrastructure & systems from the ground up
- Candidates should have experience building in-house applications and not merely implementation experience of 3rd party tools
- Experience in HR Infrastructure and Systems is preferred but not required
- We do not want candidates with experience like Workday or SAP consultant
- This will be a people management role
- Reporting to the Head of Human Capital (India)
- Will be handling a Team of 3-4 people
