- Execute installation of Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) and Earthing Systems at project sites across India.
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and prepare installation reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards at site.
- Verify material availability and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and site inspections after installation.
- Assist in LPS & Earthing audits, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, material consumption records, and project documentation.
- Travel extensively across India as per project requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 13 years of experience in electrical installation, industrial projects, solar projects, or earthing/LPS works.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and site execution is preferred.
Candidates with experience in Lightning Protection Systems (LPS), Earthing Systems, Solar Projects, HT/LT Electrical Installations, or Industrial Electrical Projects will be preferred.
