- - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Eligibility Verification / Insurance Verification (Mandatory)
- Experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Good understanding of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid & Managed Care plans
- Experience verifying patient eligibility, benefits, co-pay, deductible, co-insurance, out-of-pocket, and authorization requirements
- Robust communication, documentation,



and analytical skills
- - Key Responsibilities
- - - Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits through payer portals and outbound calls.
- - Validate insurance coverage and benefit details accurately.
- - Update client systems with complete and accurate verification information.
- - Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth claim processing.
- - Meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets while ensuring compliance.
