Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of Salesforce consulting or admin experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and best practices.
- Understanding of data architecture, MDM concepts, and customer 360 strategies.
- Experience in Data Cloud concepts (data ingestion, harmonized entities, identity resolution).
- Ability to write user stories, solution designs, and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect. Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:





- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integration Tools, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- AgentForce Experience is a plus

- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to guide clients and influence decisions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
