Operation of Vial washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Vial Filling Machine and Vial Sealing Machine.

To be attend in shifts, handle of filling equipment train and to work in aseptic area.

To prepare disinfectant and fogging solution.

To perform Glove Integrity Testing for glove port gloves.

To perform and ensure the periodic activities like equipment PM, Calibration of the Instruments and equipment?s, filter integrity of the filters and validation activities.

To perform operation and changeover of the equipment like the Vial Filling Stoppering Machine, Vial Cap Sealing Machine, Vial Washing Machine, Vial Depyrogenation tunnel,?

Lyophilizer, Autoclave, Pasteurizer, Incubator and Filter integrity tester.

To perform the CIP, PHT, SIP and maintenance of the process vessels.

Readiness of the all Aseptic activities before start of the batch.





To perform Batch manufacturing and filtration activities.

To perform activities like machine parts cleaning, load preparation, load wrapping.

To prepare GMP documents like Risk Assessments, SOPs, BMR and MFR.

?Adhere to cGMP and GDP practices during batch processing and operation of equipment?s.

To perform equipment sanitization and cleaning.

To perform and ensure area cleaning and sanitization activities.
