We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive to join our team near the Plant. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in plant administration, attendance management, and onboarding processes.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with GMP documentation and regulations.
- Oversee plant administration tasks including transport, canteen, pest control, event management, and medical insurance support.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in plant administration or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of GMP documentation and regulations.




- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Experience in event management and medical insurance support is an added advantage.
