Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud)

Experience: 10+ years (Senior / Hands-on)

Role Summary:

Looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with robust Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud experience. This is a builder role, not admin-only. Candidate must have delivered enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce development
• Agentforce / Service Cloud Omni-Channel, Service Console, routing, macros, complex flows
• Salesforce Data Cloud – data streams, identity resolution, unified profiles, activation
• Sales Cloud – opportunities, forecasting, quoting, automation
• Apex – Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)




• Salesforce Flows (complex automation)
• Integrations – REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC
• CI/CD – Git, SFDX, Copado or GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps

Good to Have
• Einstein Bots or AI-enabled flows
• MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica
• Contact Center or telephony integrations
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Offshore team coordination

Certifications (Important Filter)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I – mandatory
• Platform Developer II – strongly preferred
• Data Cloud Consultant or Sales Cloud Consultant – preferred
• Architect or specialist certs are a plus
