?Responsible to operate Pre-treatment system (MGF, Softener, UF ,CSRO)
?Responsible to operate Purified water generation and Distribution system (UV, Ozone system, HSRO, EDI, UF, Water based Ozone)
?Responsible to operate PSG and WFI system
?Responsible to prepare chemicals, cleaning of tanks, CIP of RO
?Responsible to perform hot water sanitization and ozone sanitizations of distribution and generation system??
?Responsible to perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of water system equipment?s?
?Responsible to perform routine inspection of sensors, flow meters, and control instruments
?Responsible to ensure proper documentation of operational logs, maintenance records, and water quality reports
?Responsible to follow GMP, safety, and environmental protocols during all water system operations
?Responsible to coordinate with quality assurance and engineering teams during system validation and troubleshooting
?Ability to monitor and operate water systems using SCADA/IPC /HMI interfaces
?Exposure to regulatory audits.
?Understanding and execution of Standard Operating Procedures
?System validation, documentation and troubleshooting
