We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic German Language Trainer to help students develop their German language proficiency. The ideal candidate should possess a valid Goethe-Institut Certification and have robust communication skills with a passion for teaching. Freshers with relevant certification are encouraged to apply. German trainers typically teach CEFR-aligned levels (A1B2), prepare lesson plans, assess learners, and support students preparing for Goethe examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging German language training sessions (A1B2 level).
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Create lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and learning materials.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for Goethe certification examinations.
- Track student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Encourage an interactive and learner-centric classroom environment.
- Support students with language practice and cultural understanding.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of teaching/training experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Goethe Certification (Minimum B2 required; C1 preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written German.
- Good command of English for explaining concepts.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the CEFR framework.
- Familiarity with Goethe examination patterns.
- Experience with online teaching tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Ability to engage learners through interactive teaching methods.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
