Hiring for an experienced Team Lead to manage International Voice Process operations. The candidate should have strong team handling experience and exposure to key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10-20 customer support associates
- Drive and achieve KPIs: CSAT, AHT, Attrition & Shrinkage
- Conduct team huddles, coaching & performance reviews
- Handle customer/client escalations
- Ensure SLA & quality adherence
- Improve team productivity and engagement
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in BPO with minimum 1 year as Team Lead (International Voice)
- Robust communication & people management skills
- Hands-on experience with CSAT, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage metrics
- Experience in handling team size and roster management
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
