- Lead and manage end-to-end training programs for Title Search, Title Commitment, Title Insurance, and Closing processes
- Design, develop, and implement training modules, SOPs, and learning frameworks
- Conduct new hire onboarding and continuous learning sessions for existing teams
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and bridge skill gaps
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to US Mortgage compliance, quality standards, and process guidelines
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 810 years of experience in US Mortgage Title domain
- Proven experience as a Trainer / Senior Trainer
- Strong understanding of title search,
property records, and mortgage documentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple training programs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D;) or process training
- Familiarity with mortgage tools such as Netronline, Encompass.
- Certifications in training or mortgage domain are an added advantage.
