Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with experience in the e-learning industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to developing educational content, online courses, learning materials, and SEO-driven digital content. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to create engaging, learner-focused, and search-optimized content that enhances user experience and drives organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality content for e-learning courses, training modules, blogs,articles, landing pages, and learning materials.
- Create engaging and structured course content aligned with learning objectives and audience requirements.
- Write SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility and organic reach.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in content creation.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders for content development.
- Proofread, edit, and enhance content quality, readability, and consistency.
- Manage multiple content projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.




- Stay updated with industry trends, digital learning methodologies, and SEO practices.

Must-Have Skills

- 2 to 5 years of experience in content writing within an e-learning, EdTech, or training organization.
- Hands-on experience in developing course content, training materials, or instructional content.
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts, keyword optimization, and content structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learner-friendly content.
- Strong research, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, blogs, or digital publishing tools.
- Good understanding of learner engagement and content flow.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LMS platforms and instructional design methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted content tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Exposure to script writing for video learning modules or microlearning content.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with content performance tracking and optimization.
- Creative storytelling and audience engagement skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Education,or related field.
- Certification in SEO, Content Marketing, or Instructional Design would be an added advantage.
