- Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
- Assist in admission counseling by reviewing student documents, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for acceptance or rejection.
- Offer personalized guidance to students on academic planning, goal setting, and skill development to achieve their desired career outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress notes, and follow-up actions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in education counseling or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of different educational systems and institutions.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people (students, parents).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
