About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and support high-performance software solutions that serve large-scale business environments. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to drive product innovation, technical excellence, and feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-availability enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and/or Java.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and implement Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Drive feature ownership from design through deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best engineering practices.
- Work within cloud-native environments leveraging containers and orchestration platforms.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and/or Java.
- Strong front-end development experience using React.js.
- Experience building enterprise-grade applications and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Kafka
- Redis
- REST APIs
- Git

- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, or similar.
- Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with OpenShift/OKD.
- Exposure to gRPC and Spring Reactive.
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-native products.
- Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures.
- Experience leading features or mentoring developers.
- Understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and high-availability systems.
