Role & responsibilities

Channel Operations REnewal And retention

Designation Customer Service Associate under Apprenticeship Program

Location Select state capitals

Apprenticeship duration 6 months

Stipend 15,000/- per month

Qualification - Graduate (any)

- Age to be between 20 years to 25 years

Roles & Responsibilities Implement processes within the branch as per

compliance requirements like cash & cheque

transaction, current business scrutiny has per TAT

Responsible for ensuring business partner satisfaction

Implements prescribed escalation matrix for customer

complaints and queries

Ensures satisfactory and timely resolution of customer

queries / complaints

Preferred candidate profile
