- - Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and finance.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
