Role & responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads for luxury farm villas and farm plots.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer investment requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with investors, channel partners, and HNI clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- 18 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in developer sales, luxury residential, plotted developments, villas, or land sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
- Must be willing to work in Goa and conduct client site visits.

- Goa real estate market exposure.
- Luxury property sales.
- Farmhouse, villa, or plotted development sales.
- HNI/Investor handling.
