Due to our continuing expansion, we currently have an opportunity for Structural Engineers with PT building/Steel Design/

Bridge design experience for Bangalore office, India.

Working in a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers providing a professional design service to our clients, this is

an ideal chance for individuals looking to develop their experience with a world-renowned specialist civil engineering

company.

Requirements

Essential

Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (MTech (Structures) + B.E. (Civil)

6+ years of experience in the design of PT slab/Beam/Steel/Bridge for Building structures.

Proficient in design software such as ADAPT.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word.

Desirable

Familiarity with IS codes and / or Eurocodes.

Experience of the design and / or assessment of structures in Post Tensioned Slab/Beam for building

Experience of the design and / or assessment of building / structures in a range of materials including steel,

reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, composite, masonry.

Experience of the design and / or assessment of foundations / earth retaining structures.





Familiarity with a range of engineering softwares such as ETABs/SAFE/STAAD PRO

Familiarity with the use of AutoCAD and / or Revit.

Responsibilities

You will be a Design Engineer within the Structures team carrying out the design and checking of a range of elements

associated with Post tensioned Building projects. You will be responsible for:

Production of design solutions for PT Buildings and Structures projects including analysis, production and

checking of design drawings, specifications, design reports.

- Working to technical quality standards.
- Delivering projects to time and budget.
- Liaising with Client based customers in a responsive and client focused manner. JOB DESCRIPTION

Individual

Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers. Experience

of using written and spoken English within a business environment.

The position is to be based in Bangalore.
