We are looking for a proactive, organized, and presentable Executive Assistant who can support day-to-day business operations, drive in-store sales, manage customer relationships, and represent our brand across social media.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Assist the management team with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
- Support planning and execution of business initiatives, promotions, and events.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different business functions and maintain organized records.
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain an attractive store environment and assist with billing, inventory, and daily store operations.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to customer queries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Maintain customer records and assist with customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage the brand's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Manage and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional videos.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with fashion trends and social media best practices.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for product showcases, styling videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns.




- Present the brand professionally through confident communication and a well-groomed appearance.
- sCollaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas that increase engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with solid sales and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and representing the brand.
- Creativity in content creation and understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 13 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Retail Sales Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, Social Media Executive, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, retail, or lifestyle industry will be preferred.
