Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from US customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight itineraries.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Sell domestic and international air tickets, hotel packages, and travel-related services.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Build robust customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and reissues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Stay updated with airline fare rules, promotions, and travel regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Travel Sales.
- Proven track record in flight sales and revenue generation.




- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Apollo.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
