Role & responsibilities

Systematically planning, organizing and controlling of Breakdown Maintenance ,Preventive maintenance, Autonomous maintenance of plant machinery as well as Utility equipments.

Effective manpower handling in maintenance department.

Operation & maintenance of 33KV/440V 1250KVA Transformer , 33KV VCB, ACB ,LT Panel, PCC panel, MCC panel etc.

Conducting of WHY WHY analysis & RCA for major and repetitive breakdowns.

Responsible of implementation of recent project at plant within the allotted time bound.

Responsible for Hazard identification and Risk assessment and its elimination.

Implementation of Kaizen to improve quality, safety, productivity and reduces ergonomics issues etc.

Implementation of 5S to improve plant safety, hygiene, productivity at shop floor .

Responsible for Increase the safety culture at plant by active participation in all safety committee meeting,



reporting UA/UC, immediate closing of all safety audit point , implementation safety kaizen at machinery.

Responsibility of optimum uses of Resources and engineering items within the approved budget for smooth operation of plant machinery .

Responsibility of skill upgradation of subordinate by providing technical training (Trouble shooting in Blow molding , Injection molding, Chillers, Compressor, filling machine, Boilers , Diesel generator etc.) such as OJT, PM training, Equipment operation training, Troubleshooting training etc.

Maintenance manpower deployment for different function like breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance etc.
