Role Overview

The Conference Producer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact conferences and industry events. This role involves end-to-end ownership—from research and agenda creation to speaker acquisition and on-ground execution—ensuring commercially successful and content-rich events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Content Development

- Conduct in-depth industry research to identify relevant topics, trends, and themes

- Design compelling conference agendas and session formats

- Identify key discussion areas aligned with logistics and supply chain sectors

2. Speaker & Stakeholder Management

- Identify, approach, and onboard industry leaders, policymakers, and experts as speakers

- Manage speaker communication, briefing, and coordination

- Build long-term relationships with industry stakeholders

3. Event Planning & Execution

- Own end-to-end project management of conferences (pre, during, and post-event)

- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external vendors

- Ensure seamless execution and high-quality attendee experience

4. Revenue & Commercial Support

- Work closely with sponsorship and sales teams to identify revenue opportunities





- Support in developing sponsorship packages and value propositions

- Align content with sponsor expectations without compromising quality

5. Marketing & Promotion Support

- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign messaging and content

- Contribute to promotional materials such as brochures, website content, and social media

6. Post-Event Analysis

- Evaluate event success through feedback and performance metrics

- Identify improvement areas and opportunities for future events

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in conference production / event management / content research

- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, infrastructure, or related sectors (preferred)

- Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

- Commercial acumen and understanding of event revenue models
