- 1. Install, tailor, maintain, and provide ongoing support for audio video Infrastructure
- 2. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Support to the Service Desk and/or Authorized Users as necessary
- 3. Performance and capacity monitoring and reporting including reviews and advice
- 4. Enhance processing capabilities and efficiencies through system tuning and other run-time improvements and report regularly on tuning initiatives
- 5. Perform periodic maintenance of all meeting rooms and for devices and submit reports with SAVW for review
- 6. Coordinate with partner for current installations and replacements as and when required
- 7.
Testing all Audio and Video Conference rooms across sites with the help of respective site telecom /support teams.
- 8. Connecting Scheduled calls as per the timelines provided.
- 9. Recording Audio and Video calls as per user requests.
- 10. Monitoring running calls for quality other audio video issues if any
- 11. Provide Tier 1 Tier 2 technical support for Windows laptops and office peripherals
- Working days 5 Days
- Shift timings 8 AM to 5 PM
