Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to provide remote and on-call technical assistance to customers. The role involves software troubleshooting, system diagnostics, customer support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. This is primarily an office-based support role with occasional site visits based on customer requirements and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide remote and telephonic technical support to customers.
- Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer issues through remote support tools and online support platforms.
- Perform system diagnostics and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintain service records, support reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure prompt and professional customer support to achieve high service standards.
- Support operational requirements and assist in resolving technical issues efficiently.





Requirements:
- 0 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Diploma / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Computer Hardware, or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronics fundamentals.
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and database queries.
- Familiarity with Linux commands, Docker, scripting, and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage.
