Role & responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Generation: Analyze sales metrics, set revenue targets, and implement strategies or local promotions to maximize profitability.
- Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and train store associates. This includes scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and motivating staff to hit KPIs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle stocktaking, coordinate with suppliers for replenishment, and minimize shrinkage or overstocking.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards by resolving complex customer complaints and ensuring a welcoming, efficient shopping setting.
- Financial & Cash Management: Prepare store budgets, monitor operational expenses, and oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations.
- Store Operations & Compliance: Enforce visual merchandising guidelines, ensure store cleanliness, and maintain compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention protocols.
