- Training Needs Analysis & Strategy: Conducting needs assessments, performance evaluations, and stakeholder feedback to identify knowledge gaps.
- Program Development & Delivery: Designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training modules for new hires and existing employees, focusing on banking processes, products, and customer service.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all training content adheres to banking regulations, legal obligations, and internal quality standards.
- Performance Tracking & Evaluation: Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and metrics to ensure improved performance and continuous improvement.
- Operations & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborating with operational and quality teams to align training initiatives with business goals and to address specific operational bottlenecks.
- Logistics & Budget Management: Managing training logistics, resources, and budget, including negotiating with vendors and tracking expenses.
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of trainers, instructional designers, and coordinators.

- Banking Knowledge: Robust understanding of retail/domestic banking operations and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree.
