Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with solid expertise in managing SAP S/4HANA Support projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in SAP implementation projects is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Support engagements.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional, and technical teams.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within timelines.
- Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Ensure SLA adherence and service delivery excellence.
- Handle project risks, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Prepare project status reports and conduct stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate with offshore/onsite teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
- Support continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in SAP Support Projects.
- Experience managing SAP AMS/Production Support engagements.
- Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in team handling and project governance.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.
Good to Have
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience.
- PMP/Prince2/Scrum certification.
- Exposure to Agile project delivery.
