Role & responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling & onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance & leave management
- Handle payroll coordination & compliance documentation
- Support performance review & appraisal cycles
- Draft HR communications, offer letters & appointment letters
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

Preferred candidate profile

- 14 years HR experience (healthcare/clinic/service industry preferred)
- Familiar with job portals — Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Valuable communication in Hindi & English
- Organised, detail-oriented & people-friendly
- Immediate joiners preferred
