We are looking for a Product Manager to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team. Product Manager s responsibilities include defining the product strategy and priorities, evaluating ideas, creating, and communicating product roadmap, gathering requirements, designing and ensuring timely delivery with respective technical team, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Ultimately, you ll help us roll-out products that deliver our company s vision.

Job Responsibilities

- Define and elaborate vision of the product
- Monitor and analyse market trends and Study competitors services and products
- Explore new ways of improving existing services and products
- Document features and functionality by collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Create the development roadmap based on vision, priority and requirements
- Manage the development backlogs and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
- Overseeing all the stages of the product development including design and development.
- Develop user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the development team, testing, QA and end-users (internal / external) to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings, project meetings and product sprints
- Provide product training and technical expertise
- Work within a software development methodology like AGILE




- Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams
- Answer product related inquiries

Requirements

- 10 years of work experience as Product Manager or similar role in product management
- Hands-on experience managing the complete product lifecycle, with a strong background in Business Analysis and demonstrated expertise in UI/UX principles and practices
- Customer centric and client focused mindset with ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
- Project/program management leadership including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, procurement, and human resources management.
- Proven competency in strategic leadership, executive communication and influence, organizational agility, cross-team collaboration, and drive for results.
- Agile framework development and ways of working experience in these areas.
- Solid understanding of software product development lifecycle, controls, security, and E2E product implementations with technical or banking background.
- Experience in Banking IT or Fintech is an added advantage
- Should be adaptable for Afternoon or Night shift.
