Role - Executive/Sr. Executive
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
- Maintain inventory levels as per defined targets.
- Ensure cost-effective sourcing of sheet metal and auto components.
Logistics
- Arrange vehicles on time for material supply.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and dispatch documentation.
Customer & Supplier Satisfaction
- Achieve on-time delivery of materials to OEMs/customers.
- Resolve BOP quality issues in coordination with SQI (Supplier Quality Improvement) personnel.
Learning & Development (L&D;)
- Complete minimum three trainings annually.
- Ensure horizontal deployment of learnings across the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in SCM, preferably in auto components or sheet metal industries.
- Technical Skills:
- SAP/MRP systems, supply chain software.
- Data analysis and reporting.
