Job Summary

A Canada-based truck dispatch training company, is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven International Sales Representatives to promote and sell our truck dispatch training programs. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell truck dispatch training programs to prospective students.
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with clients across India and international markets.
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and lead nurturing.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
* Convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.




* Stay updated on the truck dispatch industry and company offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.
* 15 years of experience in international sales, inside sales, telesales, customer acquisition, or business development.
* Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
* Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of USCanada truck dispatching is preferred. Candidates with strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools.
* Must have a personal laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
