• Experience deploying and managing NetApp storage technologies including ONTAP Filers, FSx ONTAP, Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO), Storage GRID, and E-Series.
• Deep understanding of storage concepts and technologies including Snapshots, SnapMirror, SVM-DR, provisioning, deduplication, cloning, encryption, replication, performance tuning, and security hardening.
• Robust knowledge of storage protocols and technologies including NFS, CIFS/SMB, S3, iSCSI, Fiber Channel switching, SAN, and NAS environments.
• Experience with NetApp cloud technologies including Cloud Manager/Console, Cloud Backup, Data Classification, Cloud Sync, and Data Infrastructure Insights.
• Working experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP hyperscale cloud platforms.
• Understanding of compute, virtualization, networking, backup, WAN, SAN, and disaster recovery infrastructure components.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, testing methodologies, and operational resiliency planning.




• Familiarity with automation and scripting using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift ecosystem tools such as Trident and Trident Protect would be highly regarded.
• Understanding of OpenStack environments would be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned operational environments.
