Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong experience in real estate financial analysis, investment modelling, and project feasibility studies. The candidate will play a key role in evaluating new business opportunities across various real estate asset classes and supporting strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct financial analysis and develop detailed financial models for new real estate projects across multiple asset classes such as residential, commercial, mixed-use, warehousing, and retail.

* Prepare investment models, feasibility studies, IRR analysis, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and return calculations for new project opportunities.

* Evaluate project viability from financial, commercial, and operational perspectives.

* Prepare annual business plans, budgeting, and forecasting for the company and project portfolios.

* Draft and prepare investment summaries, and transaction-related documentation for project opportunities.

* Coordinate with legal, technical, and external consultants for due diligence processes.

* Monitor project performance, leasing updates, occupancy levels, and investor reporting.





* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, leasing trackers, occupancy analysis, and management presentations.

* Support fundraising, investor presentations, and strategic business initiatives.

* Work closely with leadership, project teams, consultants, and investors to ensure smooth execution and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* MBA in Finance / CFA qualified or pursuing.

* Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment analysis.

* Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.

* Experience in handling feasibility studies and investment evaluation.

* Robust knowledge of Excel, financial tools, and presentation preparation.

* Good understanding of due diligence and transaction structuring.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
