Role Overview
An experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to drive the architecture, governance, and strategic evolution of its global ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) while establishing a scalable architecture that supports future adoption of additional ServiceNow modules.
The architect will play a key role in defining the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, enabling integrations with regional ITSM platforms, and supporting Yamaha's vision of a unified global ServiceNow ecosystem.
