Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inventory and material receipt operations.
Verify inward materials against Purchase Orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure timely GRN preparation and inventory updates in ERP/SAP.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Logistics teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Handle vendor coordination for shortages, excess, and damaged materials.
- Implement FIFO, inventory control and warehouse management best practices.
- Drive 5S, safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives within stores.
Desired Skills:
- Robust knowledge of ERP/SAP-based inventory management.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse and stores operations.
- Good analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automotive or auto-component manufacturing is mandatory.
