- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and language development through play-based learning
- Design and use creative teaching aids, storytelling, rhymes, and activities
- Observe, assess, and document students progress regularly
- Maintain individual student portfolios and assessment records
- Collaborate with curriculum coordinators and fellow teachers for lesson planning
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and well-being
- Ensure classroom discipline while promoting positive behaviour
- Participate in school events,
training sessions, and workshops
Preferred candidate profile
- Trained and experienced in Cambridge / International Curriculum (Early Years)
- Solid understanding of Early Childhood Development
- Passionate about working with pre-primary children
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and child-centric approach
- Ability to integrate activity-based and experiential learning
- Comfortable using digital tools and teaching resources
- Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
