Role : Business Development Lead - Construction / EPC / Infra

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships across all target accounts pan India
- Gather early-stage intelligence on upcoming projects entering the immediate execution pipeline
- Conduct market research and mapping for projects in the planning stage
- Build and nurture relationships with key client-side stakeholders at all levels, from junior engineers to senior management
- Track and analyse competitor activity, positioning, and win/loss patterns
- Identify and evaluate potential domestic Contracts
- Cultivate relationships with consulting firms to gain early visibility into market opportunities
- Prepare and submit pre-qualification and empanelment documentation for target clients
- Coordinate tender document procurement, lead bid preparation and submission, attend pre-bid meetings, and manage client follow-ups on bid-related queries
- Develop and deliver client-facing presentations and proposals
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and funding announcements relevant to infrastructure and construction projects
