Reporting to: Lead Engineer (Marketing & Sales)

Job Roles

- The candidate shall be responsible for initiating the sales call. Attending the customer calls at the office will be the primary responsibility of the candidate.
- Understanding the prospects requirements and report to the concerned department in a standard and understandable form
- Following up on the department feedbacks, call back to the customers and loop the customer with the concerned department for further action
- Attending the customers and vendors at the office and taking care of the hospitality.
- Call for reminders to the customers on service lapse of the supplied machines.
- Attending the service calls and forwarding it to the concerned department
- Close- coordination with the Sales and marketing team and time to time reporting.
- Calls to the service availed and ask for the feedback and report the same to the concerned department.
- Follow-ups on the leads given by the Sales engineer and coordination/Recording the database and maintaining the same.
- Payment follow-up.




- Any other activity assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

- B.E in Mechanical engineering/ Electrical Engineering
- MBA in Marketing is a plus

Experience:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in Similar role/ Sales or Business Development
Knowledge in the Industrial domain is the must

Skills:

- Should have excellent communication skills
- Excellent command over English. Knowledge on Kannada and Hindi is a plus
- Expertise on MS office/ Excel is a must
- Basic Computer Knowledge/ Photoshop is a plus/ understanding Engineering drawings is a plus
- Ability to work as a team/ Go-getter attitude
