Position: Assistant Manager Electrical

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience

- 6–12 years of relevant experience

Technical Expertise

- Experience of HT/LT systems, VCB, ACB, switchgear, solar generation plant, DG sets, DG synchronization panels, and injectable process equipment.
- Knowledge of washing machines, tunnel, filling, sealing, packing machines, autocartonator, blister machine, and OCR system.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, VCBs, PCC/MCC panels, and power distribution network.
- Manage DG sets, DG synchronization panels, power house equipment, and ensure uninterrupted power supply to the plant.
- Operate and maintain the solar power plant, monitor generation, and optimize energy efficiency.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of process equipment, utilities, motors, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, and electrical panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP,



electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
- Plan and execute electrical projects, equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and capacity enhancement activities.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, SOPs, electrical logbooks, calibration records, and technical documentation.
- Monitor energy consumption, implement energy conservation initiatives, and optimize plant electrical performance.
- Lead and develop the electrical maintenance team, contractors, and vendors while ensuring adherence to safety and engineering best practices.
