TCPL Packaging Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Manager -Operations to lead the operations of its Luxury Paper Bag Division in Goa. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise in luxury paper bag manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving production excellence, quality, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production operations of the Luxury Paper Bag Division.
- Ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Lead and manage production manpower, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee production costing, cost estimation, material utilization, and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.




- Monitor production performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in paper bag manufacturing, with significant exposure to luxury paper bags.
- Strong technical knowledge of paper bag making machines and manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in production planning, costing, quality control, quality analysis, and material handling.
- Experience in organizing manual finishing operations and managing large production teams.
- Hands-on experience in handling customer complaints, internal audits, social audits, customer audits, and compliance requirements.
- Sound knowledge of SOP implementation, continuous improvement initiatives, and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
