Role & responsibilities:-

Study and analyze tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and

client requirements.

Prepare cost estimates for mechanical works including piping of various MOCs,

structural steel, fire-fighting Piping, Pumps Equipment, Valves and process systems.

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (MTO/BOQ) from drawings and specifications.

Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and planning teams.

Prepare techno-commercial bid documents including cost sheets and execution

methodology.

Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification discussions.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, IS, NFPA).

Support value engineering and cost optimization proposals.

Assist in post-order handover to the execution team.

Preferred candidate profile:-

Knowledge of mechanical EPC works.

Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.;

Understanding of fabrication, erection, and site execution.

Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools.

Positive communication and coordination skills.
