Job Summary

The IT Executive maintains the organization's IT infrastructure, provides technical support to users, manages hardware and software resources, and ensures the smooth operation of business applications, networks, and communication systems.

The job responsibilities for the position are as follows:

1. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices (OS, etc.).

2. Administer and maintain networking equipment including routers, firewalls, Access Point and Network switches; troubleshoot network issues.

3. Monitor system performance, security, and availability; address any issues promptly.

4. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

5. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects to implement new systems, software, or tools.

6. Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets. Tag and label all newly procured assets and update inventory records.

7. Track and manage all software licenses to ensure compliance and Identify risks such as expired licenses or unauthorized software.

8. Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and associated components.

9. Perform routine maintenance on CCTV equipment, including cleaning cameras, replacing faulty components, and updating software/firmware.

10. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with CCTV systems,



including power issues, image distortion, and network connectivity problems.

11. Ensure all systems are functioning properly and monitor cameras for performance, quality of images, and coverage.

12. Assist with system upgrades, expansions, and technology transitions, including recommending new equipment or software solutions.

13. Configure IP-based CCTV systems, integrate with local networks, and ensure security protocols are maintained (e.g., IP camera settings, firewall configurations).

14. Provide technical support to end-users and address any system-related queries or issues related to CCTV systems.

15. Maintain detailed records of installation, maintenance schedules, equipment status, and system performance.

16. Ensure CCTV systems are operating within legal guidelines and company security policies, especially regarding privacy laws and data protection regulations.

17. Train staff and end-users on effectively using CCTV systems, including accessing footage and managing settings.

18. Laptop, Desktop, Printers hardware related issue troubleshooting and Hardware upgradation ( RAM, HDD, SSD, M.2 )

19. All model Printer installing & Configuration

20. All location ESSL biometric and Door access control device device configuration, installation and current user enrolling.
