Business Analyst / Product Owner Agentic AI Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team and drive the development of next-generation Agentic AI solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging business needs with technology, thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, and is passionate about shaping AI-powered products. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, UX designers, and AI engineers to define product direction, translate business problems into actionable requirements, and deliver high-impact AI capabilities.

While prior experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI is highly desirable, we also welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong passion for AI and a willingness to learn and grow in this rapidly evolving space.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and organizational goals.
- Maintain and communicate a explicit product roadmap.

Business & Systems Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Product Ownership

- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Work closely with Scrum teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.




- Ensure delivered features align with business expectations and customer outcomes.
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.

Market & Customer Insights

- Gather and analyze customer feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify emerging industry trends, especially within AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
- Recommend product enhancements based on user insights and market opportunities.

AI Product Enablement

- Collaborate with AI engineers to define Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Help identify opportunities where AI agents can improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to AI use-case discovery, workflow design, and product innovation.
- Stay informed about advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing high-quality user stories.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience with requirement elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, UX, QA, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Exposure to Agentic AI concepts, AI workflows, or multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, MCP, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms or enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Prior experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
