About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative supply chain solutions to our clients using the Blue Yonder platform. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and technical experts to configure, test, and support Demand, Fulfilment, Inventory Optimization, and Enterprise Supply Planning solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Support:
- Support Blue Yonder implementation projects, ensuring assigned tasks are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and Solution Architects on solution design and delivery.
- Customer Consulting and Solution Delivery:
- Support gathering of Business requirements and participate in process and solution design discussions with customer & business teams.
- Analyse the requirement and support Fit-Gap Analysis
- Configure Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfilment, Inventory Optimization (IO), and Enterprise Supply Planning modules based on client requirements.
- Support the development of detailed implementation plans, including data mapping, system integration, and user training.
- Provide guidance on Blue Yonder product offerings.
- Data Migration and Integration:
- Support data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems to Blue Yonder.
- Support system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as ERP, etc.
- Testing and User Training:
- Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase.
- Prepare and review project documentations.




- Support delivery of user training programs to enable clients to effectively utilize Blue Yonder solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities for configuration, data, and process issues.
- Pre-Sales and Sales Support Activities:
- Support proposals and RFPs.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and support demo/presentations to customers.

Required Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Demand Forecasting/ Fulfilment/ Inventory Optimization/ Enterprise Supply Planning concepts.
- Hands-on experience in the configuration of Blue Yonder Demand/ Fulfilment/ IO or Enterprise Supply Planning applications.
- Knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts, and reports etc.
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience out of total experience must be on Blue Yonder, working on at least one project on the same.
- Positive understanding of functional and technical architecture to support working on data integration skills with multiple source and target systems.
- A Bachelor / master's degree in engineering, Operation, Supply Chain
- Blue Yonder certification(s) in Demand, Fulfilment, IO, or Enterprise Supply Planning would be preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python would be preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
- Candidate has worked in Agile/Scrum methodology.
