Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Site Management

- Plan, execute, and monitor all construction activities as per approved drawings.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site.

2. Subcontractor Management

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors working on the project.
- Verify measurements and certify subcontractor bills.

3. Material Management

- Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid shortages and wastage.
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, consumption, and stock.
- Carry out periodic material reconciliation and identify variances.

4. Survey & Setting Out

- Perform basic surveying activities required for building construction.

5. Team Management

- Lead and manage supervisors and other site staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

Client Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client at the project site.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of building construction methods and sequencing.
- Ability to independently manage an entire construction project.
- Experience in subcontractor management and billing.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and material reconciliation.
- Basic proficiency in survey equipment (Auto Level).
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Spreadsheet and project documentation.
