Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, digital platforms, and direct sales activities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contractual terms with clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 38 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
