Role & responsibilities

1.Manage a team of collections agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

2.Maximize debt recovery from the market with effective strategies and implementation

3.Ensure timely deposition of money in the banks from the executives

4.Personal visit to risk accounts and ensuring timely Emi payments

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to resolve complex or escalated customer issues

6.Monitor and analyze the performance of the collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates

Job Location : Vijayawada
