We have a Walk in drive scheduled on 7th July 26 in Bangalore Location for Customer Support Officer role. (International Live Chat Process)

Interview/Work Location: Mphasis, 4th Floor, Bagmane World Technology Center, WTC4, KR Puram, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Mahadevapura, Bangalore 560048

Interview Timings: 10:00AM - 1:30PM

Must have original soft copy of all the education and work-related documents without any issues.

Job Summary:

- Handle Inbound Chats for customer service
- Coordinating with Operations and other support functions for any help related to chats
- Follow the guidelines set out for chat handling
- Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.
- Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy,



product knowledge, and schedule adherence
- Understanding client requirements and resolving queries through chats.
- Adhering to company compliances and policies

Skills required:

- Fluent and Positive / Great command on grammatically correct 'Written" and spoken English.
- 24 / 7 rotational shift model + rotational weekly off working module
- Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills are a must
- Must have basic skills with usage of MS word and MS excel
- Must be able to handle stress and work under pressure of SLAs

Years of experience needed:

Minimum 6 months in International Customer Service Chat Support for L2.
