We are looking for an exceptionally strong Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and NLP to design and build next-generation AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of LLMs, Agentic Frameworks, RAG architectures, and production-grade AI deployment.

This role requires someone who can move beyond traditional prompt engineering and build enterprise-scale AI agents that can interact with tools, APIs, databases, and business systems while maintaining reliability, observability, security, and governance standards.
The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to solve complex business problems using cutting-edge AI technologies.

Core Requirements:

- Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development ecosystems.
- Expertise in libraries and frameworks such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Hugging Face
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- NumPy
- Pandas





- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including APIs, microservices, testing, Git, and containerization.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI applications into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud-native architectures.

Generative AI (Must Have)

- Hands-on experience working with Open Source LLMs such as:
- Llama
- Qwen
- Mistral
- Gemma or
- Granite

- Robust understanding of:

- Embeddings
- Semantic Search
- Hybrid Search
- RAG Architectures
- Context Engineering
- Knowledge Grounding

- Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and optimization strategies.
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with model serving technologies such as vLLM, Ollama, TGI, TensorRT-LLM, or equivalent.
- Exposure to multimodal GenAI systems is preferred.
