Regional Academic Manager Education Industry Multiple Locations 3+Years

We are looking for an experienced Regional Academic Manager with 3+ years of experience in the education sector, preferably in preschool, K-12, or early childhood education. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in curriculum implementation, teacher training, classroom observations, and academic quality management. Responsibilities

1. Supporting schools in effective curriculum implementation and academic supervision.
2. Conducting classroom observations and ensuring quality learning experiences for students.
3. Planning and delivering teacher induction and training programs across assigned centres.
4. Coaching and mentoring teachers to enhance classroom effectiveness and teaching standards.
5. Conducting academic and quality audits across multiple centres and recommending improvements.
6. Preparing audit reports, training reports, and performance assessments for teachers.
7. Monitoring adherence to academic standards and ensuring consistent implementation of best practices.
8. Collaborating with Centre Heads and academic teams to improve overall learning outcomes.
9. Identifying training needs and implementing continuous development initiatives for educators.
10. Travelling across assigned locations to monitor academic quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in Academic Management, Teacher Training, or Curriculum Implementation.
2. Experience in Preschool, Early Childhood Education, K-12 Schools, or the Education industry.
3. Solid expertise in classroom observation,



teacher coaching, and academic quality management.
4. Experience in conducting teacher training programs, workshops, and academic audits.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical abilities.
7. Graduate/Post Graduate/B.Ed./M.Ed./EECD or equivalent qualification.
8. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
